EASY TO USE

• The SRR Counter for Dogs and Cats app allows you to effortlessly measure your pet's respiratory rate for 15, 30, or 60 seconds. Simply tap the Breath button as your pet exhales to initiate the timer. Continue tapping with each exhalation until the count is complete, displaying the total breaths recorded.

CALCULATIONS

• 15 Seconds: Number of taps multiplied by 4
• 30 Seconds: Number of taps multiplied by 2
• 60 Seconds: Total number of taps

FEATURES

• Haptic feedback on Apple Watch with each tap to focus on monitoring your pet's breath without diverting attention to the watch.
• Receive a haptic notification upon timer completion, providing you with the final breath count.

MY STORY

This app was born out of necessity when my rescue dog, Bizou, faced heart failure at the age of 13 with a grade 5 heart murmur diagnosis. Managing multiple medications, my vet recommended monitoring her breathing to adjust dosages accurately. Balancing observing her breaths and tracking time prompted me to develop this solution for improved efficiency.
